I was looking for a warm pair of shoes/boots to wear around the house, but that could also be wore outside to run to the mailbox, etc. These boots are extremely warm, they are comfortable, they can be worn indoors, outdoors, and even just out. They look very cute with a pair of jeans or warm-ups pushed in the top of the boots. I have enjoyed them immensely! You do have to get used to the weight of them and they are bulky compared to regular house shoes or slip-ons. But, you get used to that VERY quickly and will be glad that you gave them a try.

I ordered the nutmeg, because of the pretty contrast, with off white or white (like the photo shows). What I got was brown interior and no contrast at all.

These are great winter boots--not really "snow boots" but great on cold days. The lace system is a bit of a pain but worth the comfort. Once you figure out the best way to tighten them up, they are not hard to do. These are great with or without socks:-) I am very happy with my purchase:-)

Just got these tonight and they are really comfy-winter is not over yet so I can still get some good use this year-fit true to size-I wear about an 8 or 8 1/2 and ordered an 8-they fit well. Looking forward to wearing these-so warm. In the black they look nice enough to wear to school and are comfortable to teach in all day.
